    Hardware issue as per oneplus.
You will have to replace your camera if it doesn't settle with hard reset. And if out of warranty, you will have to pay for it too.. Many Indian devices have this issue post OOS11. And OnePlus has come up with a stupid justification that it's because of over use of camera. High time someone should move legally.

    Same deal here.
After upgrading to the latest version in early Sep. 2021, my selfie camera stopped working.
Last week I rebooted my device and my rear cameras and the flashlight stopped working.
Cleaning the App's storage/cache and rebooting the device doesn't help.
Is it possible to downgrade to the version I had before the one in early Sep. 2021? If so, please let me know?

Such a shame a company this big and successful kills their product 28 months after release. I had the OnePlus One and I recommended to my brother and GF to buy the 8T.
My next phone will surely be not a OnePlus.

Funny how both cameras stops working the same week, and how service center does not want to help. I have been very true to oneplus since OP1, but i figured that the only way to fix the camera issue is to buy a new phone. I am wondering if oneplus have become a scam company.

I hope they are willing to help, but until then i will stick to my new samsung phone ;-)

    I couldn't agree more.
I think that Carl left for a reason.
As far as I know, OP7P should get the Android 12 version, so maybe they'll fix the bug that practically killed the device.

I miss the "Never Settle" slogan.

Hint: next time please start with the info that the issue started after the update.

Q: Why you did not rollback to android 11/10?
