    hi, all i got my oneplus 3 tody morning and whn i opend cam app it works fine but doesnt click photos.. did factory reset , updated the software but no solution. could anyone help me out

    Did you try any other camera app like Google Camera ? That will tell you if the sensor is bad or its just camera app permissions issue.

    Please check your app permissions and allow access for camera app to access camera permissions, as well as storage permissions

    I have this same issue, permissions seem to be fine. I ended up clearing the cache, wiping the data in Settings > Apps > Camera, and then it seemed to work

    Great. Enjoy the camera, Ive had the phone 6 weeks or more now, the camera is sensational, love it. Not had a single issue with the phone since.

    Have the same problem. At first boot could not zoom when taking pictures but now it doesn't take pictures at all. the button is not responsive. Video is not effected and 2 factory resets had no results.

    Edit: Just filed a service request after talking with support on live chat. well see what happens.

    Did you guys try clearing data/cache in app's settings like other users have suggested above?

    Also if nothing works and if your phone is less than 10 days old then try asking for replacement. Act fast though.

    i showed to the service center n they said its a hardware failure so i have to replace the camera and its not available here :(

    I tried clearing cache. It didn't work. The switch button shows, but is unresponsive. Anyone from OnePlus knows what the deal is? I got my OnePlus X earlier this year.
