Some OnePlus 3/3T batches had a defective camera which resulted in the camera not able to focus. I believe earlier this year people were complaining and OnePlus did replace their camera sensor for free. Contact OnePlus Customer Service or go to your nearest OnePlus Service Center and talk to them. OnePlus should replace it for free :)

From forum users reports it does appear that, since mid November, there has been a charge for the replacement of failed camera modules

Really? What happened? I thought it was free of charge for defective camera replacement on the OnePlus 3/3T.

I'm only quoting others, but all reports of users having camera replaced since November 11th appear to have been charged.

Thank you for the fast response. This is unbelievable. I wonder why OnePlus made this decision as it is obviously OnePlus's fault. At least the good news is that I see the price is very reasonable.

Sorry your post is gibberish, but I can assure you OnePlus will not root pie for you, as 1. Pie is not currently available for your device 2. OnePlus service centres will not root devices for users.

Got my camera module changed but felt looted as I had to shell out Rs. 3222.00.why why. It was not my fault. It was a op upgrade that caused the problem.
