Is your phone unlocked or with a carrier? And how did you purchase it?
it's unlocked and bought it from a official retailer.
seems defect. can't even backup my phone to gdrive either
Worked like a charm!! Thanks!!
I'd do a factory reset of your phone. Did you receive the update via OTA or through Oxygen updater?
well there is no real difference between AA and BA. And it's the safest way to upgrade through OTA anyways. AA is after all global.
Just got an email about all the issues I'm having and they say that I have to do a reclamation. So I will be without phone and they don't give me a new one directly
I really appreciate how OnePlus is trying to always listen to their users and try to improve their software in order to accommodate their users' need!
After the camera software update, I saw huge improvement (less noisy pictures as an example). However, the camera app is still not as good as my mom's huawei mate 20X. That camera app can automatically detect portrait, landscape, etc. in auto mode and then apply the filter or depth effects automatically. You can also cancel the effect by tapping on the 'x' symbol. Super easy to use and gives out very consistent photos. Also some good features that huawei has like double knocking on screen to take a a screenshot and horizontally slide on screen using your knuckle to separate the screen are some useful features to interact with your phone. I have to be very honest, I wanted to buy huawei p30 pro at first but because of that stupid Google Ban.... I had to settle with OnePlus. My original first choice was Pixel 3 XL, as an original iphone user, I want to get constant updates for my phone and Apple and Google devices can always get the latest software updates. I never wanted Samsung even though they excel in many areas software and hardware perspective, but I just don't bond with the brand and their pricing and their infrequent software updates. I finally decided to go with One plus after watching so many YouTube videos comparing photos and other phone features and decided that my best bet with the same price point as huawei would be OnePlus. I must say I love the warp charging, the screen, the battery, the simple and easy to use OS system, except the camera...... it's just not as clear as I thought it would be.... maybe I'm too picky but really hope it can further improve in the future.
That's no bueno.
I got a camera update from One plus. But when I switch to wide angle lens in the night, I can see blurry, distorted and very low quality image. Is this a know issue or am I the only one who's facing this issue ?
could anyone help ?
sorry for the late response but yes, the phantom touch issue has been included into an update. also the camera update was announced this morning on Google however TMobile is still sitting on it[e]1f620[/e][e]1f621[/e]
