The image doesn't look good. Try taking images in good lighting condition, if the problem still persists, you need to visit the service center again, thay shouldn't charge for that.
May be there is something beneath the camera lens. .

    That may be the reason!
Did you attach a tempered glass for camera or replaced the original back glass?

So you got an extra tempered installed, am I right?
Tempered glass is the worst thing for a camera, it diffuses that flash, carries extra moisture, has hard to remove fingerprint marks and results in poor quality photos. I used a tempered glass for 3 months but then I noticed that it produced poor quality photos, so I removed it. And then the photos started coming our as good as the new camera.

    HI There,
hmm... could you please provide additional details?
How did you clean the surface?
Best to use a microfibre cloth (not a cotton tshirt as it may smudge the lens more).
It looks like there is some smudge on the camera. There are some blurry or blotched sections often seen with oil on the lens. What does the camera lens look like when tilting the phone in multiple directions (do so gradually and in bright light or sunlight)? Can you see smudges (not always seen when looking straight onto the lens), or scratches?

Is it an official OnePlus tempered glass?
Wait, is this picture above taken with the rear or front camera?

Yes, articifical light makes it harder to capture the scene in the best view. My suggestion: use Pro Mode, keep ISO less than 800, and with light on probably 400 or less. Flash is not generally the best tool to use especially in artificial light conditions.

    Regards
