You're posting a screenshot of a photo showing another screen through the camera app.

You can't share anything unless you have it recorded and saved.

Try switching to landscape when recording.

Have some sense, when I want to show the issue happening on my one plus phone naturally i have to shoot it with another phone.
& This is the screen shot of the video which I have taken, since video upload is not available, I had to put a screen shot, do you understand?

Or... here's what you could've thought of....

You record your wobbly video , you show how the focus behaves when you're trying to focus on the screen , you upload it to a cloud drive somewhere and then you link it.

You're taking a screenshot of a photo of another preview / photo and posting that to show your issue ? Good luck with that !

    Not the camera is useless.
It is your knowledge about digital cameras.

The effect is "interference" or "stroboscopic effect".
You may know it from helicopter movies where the rotor seems to stand still.

If you try to record a monitors picture it is the same effect due to the refresh rates.
Interference happens when the two refresh rates (including multiples) of monitor and of camera are close but not exactly the same.
And if you move your "free hand" camera slightly then it gets wobbly.

That is a normal effect. Not a defect. ;)

For your knowledge, it does not happen so with other brand.

The one who can read has an advantage:

Other brands may have slightly different refresh rates.
It always depends on minimal differences ...
