    SahilNKhan , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Jul 5, 2021 :
I am requesting a developer to try and fix my widewine issue remotely with access to my OnePlus 7 pro (gm1911) with complete remote access to my phone and/or computer.
It's been 1 and a half month since I have been facing this problem.
My phone hasn't been rooted, running latest stable 11.0.1.1 with locked bootloader.
Tried all the possible methods like rolling back to android 10 and updating. Nothing is working and I'm just desperate.

No it can only happen at a service center, please contact OnePlus directly instead of using this user forum:
    https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback/
    https://www.oneplus.com/support
or visit your local service center.

Just a lower level of Widevine.

Can anyone else take your phone to service ?

Also be ready to hear this is unfixable at the service station depending on their level of knowledge of the issue.

You sound like that guy that said the OP5 was going to get another update because CS told him.

    Well guess what....

Let me state it like this: it can be an experience.

however, it would be fun trying to:
    1. Get hold of CS
    2. Try to explain your issue
    3. Get hold of someone who will understand
    4. Get a hold of someone that’s capable to help you.
    5. Get him to help you…
I would love to see someone persistent to get this done remotely, are you up for the challenge?

Most developers are actually persistent people however your point holds enough water to drown a giraffe.

Fun part of CS in general is the fact you often get someone else every time you contact them. There must be, at some point, someone that ticks all the boxes. It just a matter of luck.:p

Unfortunately you can't use my solution to this issue. I have no idea what widevine is so I'm not bothered! :p Also, I didn't update my 7 Pro to Android 11 thankfully. Sorry to hear you're having issues.
