    Hi 1+,

I have some pocket money in Bitcoins and would like to use it to pay for the new 5T.
    Is that possible?
If yes, can I arrange details of payment with support ?
It's a win-win situation for 1+, because Bitcoin only gains value over time, and it's a win-win situation for me too, because I don't need to convert it and what not.

Hi, I don't think they will take Bitcoin just for your case and especially not because "Bitcoin only gain value over time". Maybe cash out your Bitcoin at an exchange :D

    Not through official channels.
There is no 100% garantee it will gain value over time. Apart from the side everybody is able to invest in Bitcoin/alt .

Also OP could then advertise as being the 1st Mobile to be sold in BitCoins ... Wonder if OP would like to go for it... I have my doubts ... ;-)

Take a better look at Bitcoin's price over time, it's only rising. Yes it has dips and lows, but always returns to previous value and goes higher.
I know they won't make exception just for me, I was just wondering if that's possible or not, since it's something they'd need to talk about with their accounting office.

I don't think so, not yet at least, funny enough there is a electronics store in my country, sells computer parts and stuff, and they take bitcoin as payment :D

I know, in my country as well, that's why I'm asking. It's not a stupid question... :)
Well at least there's food for thought for 1+.

I hope they manage to add a few color options before bitcoin payment :)

Very interesting question, I don't think Oneplus is ready to deal in bit coins but it will not surprise me if we see it in the future.

I do not care much about Bitcoin or altcoin (I don't have any of them), personally think the blockchain technology is cool, people already using it to developing decentralized platform.

That's for sure. I should have bought it four years ago. It's too late now.
