No warranty if you buy from 3rd party I believe, but I don't agree with. Why should it matter where you buy stuff? I can buy Apple stuff anywhere with a warranty intact.

this really answers all questions! As I see it with this link you can choose the best provider for each country and after flashing your phone to Oxygen your chinese phone is probably more versitable than the other regions for this phone can take the world
I did this already and with 2 sims one for work and one for private calls I feel like a king of the mountain.:D

I have a Chinese op2 version which I use with fido in Canada works perfectly with my carrier including 4G/LTE. warranty wise I bought it from 0pp0mart which gives you 2 years warranty on all the phones they sell whether they will honor it I couldn't tell you as this is the first phone I bought from them. I can tell you contacting them and getting responses has been night and day compared to OP customer services. They answer my questions fast and don't respond with auto responses. I ordered my op2 with a tempered glass screen protector and it didn't adhere correctly sent them a pic and they sent me a new one. The op2 will come pre installed with oxygen but it has some garbage bloatware on it. I went on the forums downloaded the stock firmware and installed it very easily. I'm on version 2.0.1 stock as of now. I did pay $70 more than I would have from OP so I would wait and see if you get a invite next weekend before pulling the trigger. As for the phone its good and could be great once they update software but for the moment the fingerprint scanner aka the home button if you don't use on screen buttons is just to buggy and doesn't work enough times to get really frustrating. I mean it looks stupid when you show someone your phone and one of the key features doesn't work right in front of them and this happeneds enough times with daily use it just make me wanna throw it against the wall. Speaker is weak and gets covered easily if you hold it certain ways. Also very annoying is that the auto rotate will just stop working until you reset the whole phone very annoying and happens very often as well. Hopefully a lot of this will be fixed with software updates and soon.

Thank you for the info! :D I will do the same as you did i think yes there's a lot of bugs on the Oxygen OS v 2.0.0 or the new one 2.0.1 they will update them tho I hope everything will be fixed soon over OTA update :)
