When you say band is it smart band ? However they won't need to be get connected with it, All they just need just bluetooth to be turned on to transfer data and sync. You can use your phone bluetooth to connect with another device.

Yes, your phone can differentiate between media devices (ie headphones and speakers) and other devices.

Fossil is my watch and it's recognised as an input device (I believe keyboards also come under this category). SRS XB31 is my speaker and it's connected and playing at the same time as my watch.

What do you want to know exactly? Warranty of what? Bluetooth? Or the connected devices?

You can only use one bluetooth audio at once. It's the limited bandwidth.

You can use one bluetooth audio device (speaker, headphones, ..) and other devices like smartwatches, fitness tracker, mice, keyboards at the same time.

A new bluetooth standard is already announced, that supports multiple audio devices at once. It needs time for compatible devices like smartphones and headphones.
