Don't get me wrong brother but your question is like can you f**k someone with no holes. Simply, you can't. Now about your question. When we say we rooted our phone, it means that we INSTALLED[copied] su files into our phone. Until you have these su files, no app can run with root privilege since the privilege never existed at first place and so how could you demand or gain such privilege? I hope it clears your concept about root.

Access is given when something is present. Su isn't present so no Access. No way.

Regarding Rooting with no risks, just type keywords like in search area: root, custom recovery and supersu. You'll get a lot of helping threads from there.
