cannot create or copy from windows to op5

    hello
    I connected my op5 to laptop in file transfer mode. I could copy files from phone to laptop

    but when I try creating a folder in op5 via laptop (Windows) or copy files from laptop to op5 folder I get error as shown in image

    can anyone help

    Yeah I got that a lot too, what I do usually is create folders via the phones' inbuilt file manager.

    i think you have to enable adb connexction via usb. go under "developer options" on your phone and enable "USB Debugging"

    thanks. that's a good way but still copying files from window s to op5 seems to be the problem

    so I cannot do any of these when I have connected op5 to windows and view internal shared storage

    1) create a folder in op5
    2) delete a file folder in op5
    3) copy a file in op5 from Windows file

    I can only copy from op5 to windows without any issue

    following are my settings
    . 1) have turned in the media transfer protocol in debug mode.

    2) the usb mode is file transfer and

    3) I have updated the latest device driver provided in op5 folder

    4) I have restarted my laptop

    5) I have Windows 10 os

    That's why I hate MTP connection. You can't fix this. Just create a folder using File Manager on the phone and then connect the phone
