Cannot detect Bluetooth headphones, New JBL Reflect Flow Mini2, I can detect some other headphones but not these. and also the same headphones can be detected by iphones. I tried with one plus 6T and one plus 6. I recently got an update to new android also and not sure if that has anything to do with this. please help if there is any solution. these are new headphones and never paired before.

Thanks for the tip, but it didn't work. I tried resetting the Bluetooth and I also tried restarting my phone didn't work either. My friends who got the same phone as me couldn't also detect my earphones but my friend with a Samsung could.

I tried to do hard reset as support said, but it doesn't work too. They said that oneplus 6 and JBL Reflect Flow Mini 2 can be incompatible
This headphones didn't work only with oneplus, other devices (include smart watch) works fine
    Good job Oneplus.

Just one further step to try, I noticed that JBL have apps on Playstore that allow a firmware update to be done for the earphones, and perhaps help with connection.

Open your Playstore on the phone and check which app is compatible with your headphones, install the app, update the headphone firmware if available and see if that helps, if you can't do it on your own oneplus, try it on another phone and update. See if this rectifies the issue

My old JBL Reflect Mini 2 can easily connect.

My brand new can't ?, but on my friend's samsung it can easily.

Can see the posting is from Jan 8th. So I have to go around with a brand new headset that won't work because One Plus doesn't fix this.

Hope you have a solution.. :(

Same issue with my OnePlus 8 & JBL Reflect Mini 2. I'm on Android 11. Just installed Feb 1 2021 update (OTA) but they didn't work together before the update either. I've connected the OnePlus successfully to a Bluetooth speaker & other devices but it won't see the JBL earbuds. The earbuds connect fine to my Samsung Note 8. Some people here seem to be blaming OnePlus but it looks to me like there's some kind of issue with the combination of these earbuds and OnePlus phones (at least the Reflect 2 & OnePlus 6 or 8 combo) since they both work ok with other devices. Guess I'll just have to buy some other earbuds to use with the OnePlus phone.
