Can't copy/move large files to computer or OTG via OnePlus 7T Glacier Blue

  1. PrasandUG , via OnePlus 7T Glacier Blue , Nov 12, 2020 :
Whenever I try to copy/move files larger than 2.5gb from my mobile to OTG or PC, it shows "parameters not available" and the process ends without copying/moving. Help me to move the file. Memory is getting full and the large files are videos of family functions. They are very important to me.

This has already been included as an idea fir wireless transfer of files. But for time being you may transfer using 3rd party apps.
There should not be issue with OTG as you have mentioned.
OTG with a pendrive is sufficient to collect data flawlessly.

I think you have to transfer Little little data, if this problem occuring.

And if you have the total video of 2.5gb then try to send it to another phone by any transfering app then transfer it to your pc by that mobile.

See if the usb C port on the phone has dust in it,happened to me once and cleaning it fixed the problem. If not,try to get another usb C cable, any would work, then do a restart of the phone (just in case) and try transfering the files to PC again.
