Can't downgrade from Oreo to Nougat

The thing is... I'm trying to downgrade the OOS from 5 to 4.5.1. Already downloaded the stable version from of OnePlus official download website. I follow all the instructions correctly but when I try to flash the rom, the procedure stops, like the file was corrupted. I tried installing using USB/ADB, but the same happens. I did the same download 3 times, the results were the same.

So, maybe I'm doing something wrong, or the file really is corrupted. Why dispose a corrupted file then?

I heard that something in the new update prevents you from downgrading.
