My Oneplus 6 is almost without storage space and when I go to 'settings > storage' it appears to me that 'Photos and Videos' has 26Gb of filling storage. When I click that, there are some options (Gallery, Google Photos, etc.) and the last option is called Images wich has those 26Gb. I click 'Images' and a pop-up appears asking me to open Gallery or Google Photos, I've opened both and can't find those 26gb of photos, I've literally erased every photo and permanently removed and nothing. I went to file manager and can't find it too, can someone help me please, I need that storage space and I don't want to restore my smartphone.

I think you should do backup and reset your device, maybe some software issue it's showing or consuming more space.

Try clearing cache and data for the Gallery app (won't delete your photos and videos)

Have you emptied the Bin in the OnePlus gallery and also emptied the bin in Goole photos as well.
Also use a file manager that can search the main storage including system files. I use FX Explorer. Do a search for "bin" (without inverted commas) enable system file option, check the path, and you will see one and sometimes two bin folders show up. Check if these are empty.
