can't get my refund

    hi guys. I've just opened this thread cose I don't know what else to do.
    I have returned my OnePlus 7 pro as it was faulty and got another one (currently using OnePlus 7 pro)
    my device arrived at their return center on may 31( I have the proof of the delivery)
    however, the OnePlus costumer service just don't want to give my money back.
    I've contacted them 5 times already. asked to talk to supervisor (the supervisor didn't contact me either, though they promised that will call me back.
    any advice what should I do would be highly appreciated

    I've recently had the same issue and I can vouch that the OnePlus customer service remains BEYOND terrible.

    I had a lot of tech products throughout the years, but I've never encountered such bad customer service anywhere.

    They promised to contact me multiple times and I had to wait days and days and when I contacted them I had to tell them what's about all over again.

    The customer support is terrible with this company. I've had my share of horrible service, and I can tell you my problems are never solved by these incompetent and under-trained workers. I switched to another company for a few years, and decided to give OnePlus another chance with the 7 pro, but that was a horrible idea. I think the service has actually gotten worse. Sorry for your loss.

    though I like the phone, the costumer service is terrible! Ill never do business with OnePlus.people now want to deal with companies that have a good costumer service. I have never had such an experience with any company.I wonder how come they get a contract with TMobile!
    I don't think I've lost my money. Im considering going to small claims court! I just can't understand the reason of their refusal to refund . they didn't give me any explanation either. I hope someone from higher ranks can read this thread And resolve this issue
    I'll try to make threads in all possible forums so people could be aware of such a costumer service.

    Definently call them and explain the situation if your not getting anywhere with oneplus and they might be able to help you

    I have just gotten another RMA from Acer return center.though noone asked for it as there is no other phone to return.moreover, technically I can't return now as I bought that phone a month ago and their return period is 15 days! !(Are you kidding me?) also on my first RMA there were no IMEI address , on this second one they put the IMEI address, and another RMA number. I think they lost my phone!
