Cant pay for repair

    Hello everybody,

    I have sent my Op7 Pro for display damage. I have already agreed to payment and repair by e-mail.

    Now I have received an e-mail from OnePlus:

    Via the link "Visit Website" I am directed to https://aftersales.oneplus.com/login. There I have to enter my mobile number. Unfortunately, this is not possible because ican select there only in the international primaries: Belgium, Finland, France or the Netherlands.

    I live in Germany
    How should I pay now?

    Sorry to hear that, I was going to suggest the alternative link of https://www.oneplus.com/de/order/rma/list#/ but that should give the same overview as your screenshot. As is I guess you will have to wait until the Live Chat is open again, it might be the fastest way of resolving the situation currently, though I'll chase it up again tomorrow during office hours for you too.

    OK,

    the Support has send me a PayPal-Link. So i could pay.

    Unfortunately, i can not track the editing process.
    According to status, they are still waiting for my device. But it is already in the workshop otherwise one would not have been able to make a cost estimate.

    Glad to hear you managed to pay. The website bug has been passed on and should hopefully be resolved shortly, so tracking (and payment for others in a similar situation) should be accessible properly through the link supplied.
