I don't know why but I am not able to transfer my files from my phone to my laptop. I have done everything possible. My USB debugging is connected. My OnePlus driver is installed. Can't seem to find a way to transfer my files to my laptop. If I open my internal storage on my laptop. Go to DCIM and click on properties, I see the storage size in bytes. And also after I open my DCIM and click on other folder's properties they show their file size is 0 bytes. I can see all my stuff. But can't seem to transfer it.

If you can see, I can see and access everything. But there is definitely some issue. Hope you all can help me fix this. This has been happening to me since I bought my phone.

You have another photo app installed
I see in the DCIM image that you have a folder
but when you enter DCIM it shows that you have more folders (like 6 folders)

You have tried to copy another folder to see if it copies
it may be that it is too heavy to copy all files
I think you will have to copy in parts

So if I copy just my images,w are of around 6-7 GB minimum, it should work or it won't? Because I tried opening the images and then selecting all and pasting then it starts pasting to my laptop. But if I directly copy the whole DCIM folder, then it shows not responding.

    when you give camera properties
You have let the system read all the information
because I also get 0 0 and after a moment the number of files appears

copying 6 or 7 gigs for a computer is heavy
what you don't tell me is how many gigabytes you have of photos

there is your problem or the problem of the computer that is a lot of weight to copy

Sometimes it's all about laptop itself or it's software issues. If you will ever need to change your laptop, I can share with you this awesome resource called Daily Tech Central where you can find dozens of helpful articles and hundreds or different reviews about certain models of laptops, from manufacturers like MSI, ASUS, Acer, etc.
