drl431 , Jan 23, 2021 : Hi, the problem is that you have skipped too many updates. First try updating your OP6 to OOS 9.0.9 using the instructions on this website: Download OxygenOS 9.0.9/9.0.17 update for OnePlus 6 and 6T (getdroidtips.com)
jmmbps , via OnePlus 6T , Jan 26, 2021 : The best thing is always waiting for the phone to remember what's new. Don't try to look for it. Oneplus does that for us
Caomhin , via OnePlus 6T , Jan 29, 2021 : If you have a OnePlus 6 you need to download and install OOS 9.0.9 as this contains files to allow you to update to Android 10. Download 9.0.9 for OnePlus 6 from link below. https://oneplusupdates.com/device/oneplus-6 After the .zip file is downloaded to your phone, move the file from the folder you downloaded to, to your Main Storage. Then go to 'Settings' - 'system update', click the 'settings' icon on the top right corner, choose 'Local upgrade', find the .zip file and click on 'Install' to confirm. The update takes about a minute (depending upon the file size), once done reboot your device to boot into the latest Oxygen OS. Then choose your model of phone in the list in the link below and download and install the Android 10.3.5 file, follow the instructions given on the OnePlus Software Support page, link below. https://www.oneplus.com/support/softwareupgrade/
