Solved - Hi, its been almost 10 days and I have tried every possible way of communication with oneplus but the problem is not yet resolved. I have tried clearing cache , history , tried from different devices, but nothing. the problem is still there because of this I am unable to share my referral link with anyone.
    Please resolve this issue ASAP!!!
    Thanks.

Looks like there are some updates on the Portal.
I was able to verify my device.
I see many others posting the same.
Those who haven't yet registered can try now.

I happened to call customer support sometime back for another query and enquired about this issue too.
Was told the issues are related to Android 11.
The temp fix given to me was to use the laptop or desktop browser and verify the IMEI.

As stated 10 posts prior - it is fixed by oneplus.

It was for sure no. Android problem because I tried for 3 weeks with
    Desktop at home
    Laptop at home
    Desktop at work
    Cellphone browser oneplus
    Cellphone browser old phone

at different times day and night cause I work at the intensive care unit so often day/night shifts.

I bet for sure it was a oneplus database error not activating the new IMEI numbers on the web page and this caused the errors for all 8T users...

Had several contacts to customer support - was a big waste of time - all experiences with them in this topic...
