You need to invest in an intricate solution of pulleys and levers, so that when cats enter the garden area, they are enticed into a certain partwhereby they are subsequently launched 50ft into the air across the fence and to the neighbor.

Alternatively, you could just ignore them.

Shahryar is right. If it's just awful smell, it's no poo but pee (male cats's pee is horrible). You should definitely get a dog, nothing else worked for me.

What makes you so sure it's your garden?

Cats mark their territory and your failure to poop outside means they have claimed it for cat-kind
(one garden at a time and soon... THE WORLD!!!)

Your only option is to take your numbers 1 and 2 outdoors . . .

    Or get motion activated sprinkler
