    Hello,
I've installed the OxygenOS 2.1.4. for the OnePlus One and sincen then, my Cellular Data speed is wasy too slow to send whatsapp messages. It takes about 30-45 seconds. I've installed the ROM NOT through TWRP. How to fix it ?
    Thanks, Kili

Double check you have right apn settings. My apn settings and preferred network type where set to 3g and the wrong apn so I would only get H+ after changing APN settings and changing LTE all good

Google your service carrier's APN, and use that.

You can try 1 of 2 things or return to your previous ROM.
    1. Reflash the ROM( clean )
    2. Find some radio files and flash then(different to the file in the update)
Me personally I would flash another ROM and if its back to normal forget O2.

@KiLiBoSZ since AFH is down - try this way:

unzip the rom, copy the content as is in a local folder (suppose c:\XYZ)

reboot the OPO in fastboot mode, plug it to the PC

on PC open a dos prompt as admin
    cd /d "c:\XYZ"
    c:\adb\fastboot flash modem .\firmware-update\NON-HLOS.bin
    c:\adb\fastboot flash sbl1 .\firmware-update\sbl1.mbn
    c:\adb\fastboot flash dbi .\firmware-update\sdi.mbn
    c:\adb\fastboot flash aboot .\firmware-update\emmc_appsboot.mbn
    c:\adb\fastboot flash rpm .\firmware-update\rpm.mbn
    c:\adb\fastboot flash tz .\firmware-update\tz.mbn
    c:\adb\fastboot flash LOGO .\firmware-update\logo.bin
    c:\adb\fastboot flash oppostanvbk .\RADIO\static_nvbk.bin
    c:\adb\fastboot flash boot .\boot.img
    c:\adb\fastboot oem unlock
    c:\adb\fastboot reboot

-- N.B.: ensure all paths are correct before start flashing

I normally root as soon as I get a phone, be brave and once you have the OTA give it a go
