The lithium ions batteries nowerdays don't have the so called memory effect. You can charge them whenever you want and in between, it doesn't hurt them. So don't worry about that.

I woulnd't reccomend letting it die to 0%, but either than that, do whatever you want. Batteries in these phones are a lot better than the old ones.

Don't worry yourself to much over it, use it then charge as normal.

After a few charge cycles it should reach 100% capacity.

Ok so what i gather is, I shouldn't let it die but i also should charge it when it gets to about 20%?

Lithhium Ion batteries should NEVER be drained to 0% as it can do more harm than good. 20-30% then charge it fully. Done.

Shipping to Canada is temporarily suspended as they are trying to find a much cheaper and reliable way for Canadians to receive their phones, it should be up very soon so hang in there.

You will get a lot of different answers from the self proclaimed experts since chemistry, manufacture process, and technology change daily. What is best for you is, charge when you have time. Why let it die and charge? How much are you really helping the battery when you are likely to change your phone in 18 months or so?
