charger lead problem

    i am facing quality issue in charging USB lead of one plus
    Kindly find attached snaps to see detailed problem,.
    it's serious concern as from past 6th month I have bought one 2 one plus 6t and 1 one plus 7
    if quality concern will be there it Will be my bad review for one plus.
    kindly solve my problem

    Do not pull the cable! Do not bend it too much! A tear is clearly visible, it is not a problem of cable quality. Use electrical tape and solve it.

    finally I don't know how you use your cables, but I have 2 of them, and have been using them for almost 2 years, and they are as good as when they were brand new.

    I have 5 one plus handset and have been using the same from last 3 years, so not a concern of how I used it..
    a particular USB lead can be faulty,
    furthermore not mentioning here, kindly update the site where it mention to detail about my problem on community
    furthermore my handset is one plus 5, thats why I posted under this.
    do u need any other further more dude!

    are you drunk? I have no clue what your trying to say, because of your convoluted sentences. I'd like to point out, again, this is not a support desk. secondly, the OnePlus 5 wasn't even released 3 years ago, so how you have had one for that period is beyond me.

    I have been using an original cable for close to 3 years and it is still in perfect condition so I suspect the issue is not the quality of the cables but your treatment of them.

    The solution however, is simple. Treat your cables with more respect.
    Do not pull, bend or mistreat the cable itself and insert/remove by holding the connector itself.

    I got replacement under warranty for the same issue.
    so I suggest my fellow buyers if you face any such problem, kindly visit one plus experience store.
