    Hi!
I've recently bought a charging dock for my OPO. A problem I had with it was, that it wasn't charging nearly as fast as charging w/ a direct connection to the red cable. So I've opened the dock and wasn't really surprised: The cables connecting the USB input to the output, were utterly thin crap:

The problem with thin cables is that they have a high resistance, limiting the current flowing to the phone and hereby slowing down the charging rate.
I decided to replace the cables since the dock served its purpose of holding the phone but didn't charge properly.

I used heavy gauge wire for the (labeled) power-lines (GND and VCC) and also replaced the data-lines (D+, D-) with some thicker (than original) wiring.

    Size comparisation of the cables:

The OPO now charges at the original charging rate.
I hope this helps you, if you have charging problems with that dock.
