I am using One Plus 7Tpro and I am facing issue in charging the phone. I took more than a hour to charge my phone. Almost 1 hour and 20 min. Does wharp 30T take this long to charge phone?

Charging time depends on charging regulator. Charging regulator is reducing the charge current depending on battery temperature and battery voltage.
So charging in a hot environment will prolong charging time a little bit.
I charge my phone after 20 minutes of cooling it down in a 20-22°C and charging takes 1h10m-1h15m. If you charge in a hotter environment 1h20m is normal, it's not an "issue".

It is taking longer day by day. I think there is some issue with my Charger... Due to lockdown I can't even go to service centre and my warranty period is ending on 15th April (6 months) for accessories.

Sure, the first to blame would be the charger cable, the charger itself is more durable. After every connect there are a few seconds of so called "charging negotiation", charging controller of course tests all I wrote above plus charger's/usb/cable's state. If there's somethings wrong the charging will be slower to avoid harming the charger/usb port/cable or battery (yes, you can burn the cable with such current).
If you can't claim the warranty then look for a good cable, charger should be ok. Also check the charging port and clean it with a toothpicker (don't use any metal things)
