    1) go to play store and download shortcut master (LITE)
    2) OPEN it then search for "band" there will be 3 options you have to go for engineermode 1 and 2
    3) select no 1 click launch
    4) now select combination of wdma850/1900
    5) do gsm850/1900 with 2nd one and u r done.
I don't think that this problem will be fully solved but network drop will stop and battery drain will decrease
Hope so, it will also work for u

    A few questions here:
    - When you restart the mobile, do these changes persist?
    - When you select "WCDMA850/1900", you are mostly restricting your mobile to receive only 850/1900 band. In India, Reliance JIO has 3 bands: 850, 1800 & 2300 where 850 has better coverage. As JIO is in trial phase, it has restricted the speed throughput of 850 band to less number comparatively. Are you OK with that?
    - Are you sure that GSM850/1900 will work for all 2G networks ? Signal may be lost if network providers do not supprt 850/1900 bands for GSM.

I think, this is a great solution for now. But, it's better to wait for a permanent fix for the issue. I heard that Oneplus is going to release the fix in a day or so...

Skip Step #5 in the first post. You do not need to do it for Airtel (Sim2/Non-data sim)

If you have already done it, just restart the mobile. All bands should reset themselves as far as I know.

Then your cable is toasted. Buy a new one. I would recommend dash charge cable.
