    Hi everyone,
I am Samridhi Jindal. I am facing a problem related to charging my phone.
My phone doesn't charge quickly. I have to keep it charging for the whole day for 80% too and it looses its battery within 1-2 hrs even if it is not in use.

    Please help.

    Regards,
    Samridhi Jindal

Your battery could be going dead. Also try using a different charger and cable.

more importantly it was with OnePlus 2 only. also you can check charging details using ampere app on google play store. and it should be between 1000 to 1500ma speed less than this will cause similar kind of issue and thia indicate problem with your charger....

I had the same issue and my phone was in warranty. Visited service center and checked. They put up my phone on charging. Opened phone dialer and followed this steps. Dial "*#808#" then choose charger by scrolling down. Then check if the current is between 1500-1900mA. If less than the 1500mA, then the USB cable is not working properly. If the current is between that range then there is a software problem. So they will flash the phone with OOS 3.6.0 and then check again. My phone is now working properly. No battery drain, no slow charging, no overheating.
