When I put my mobile in charge .. It showed warp charging and within 5 min it stopped warp charging and it is like charging in data cable while we connect to laptop and took so much time . And also days before when connected in charger suddenly it will start warp charge.. but now it takes some time to start and also stops suddenly..

There are multiple things to consider:
    1. Poor/unstable electrical delivery
    2. State of charge. The higher the battery percentage, the lower charging speed
    3. Usage during charging
    4. Temperature. I think warp charging works at temperatures below 30 something degrees. Otherwise it will degrade the battery

This depends on the charging mode selected in Settings / Battery.
If "optimized charging" is selected (the best option) the device+warp charger can stop charging at 80% and resume charging 6 hours later to preserve the life of your battery and the hour of charge ending is indicated in the drop-down menu.
"Optimized charging" keeps in memory all your daily habits to ensure a proper maintenance of your device. Of course in the drop-down menu you can by-pass the software if you want an immediate full charge.

are you using your phone while charging? the very basic of power delivery is the charging will be slower if you are discharging (using your phone) while charging. plus warp charge will reduce the wattage of current flowing into your phone if the temperature increase.

To put aside any hardware failure, a reboot in recovery mode with the selection "wipe the cache" (not the datas of course) could be a good idea.
