    You can. Warp 65 charger is backwards compatible with Warp 30T devices. Just don't expect an improvement in charging speeds.

    Yes you can, but it will charge with 30W only.
    But you can still use it, the charger is backwards compatible with older phones...

    No more no less than any other charger ! A 18w charger is not a Warp charger, so it's a bit slower ...

    You cannot compare technologies such as Fast charge, Qualcomm Quickcharge version 2, version 3, version 4 and Warp Charge 30, 45 or 60. All are using different voltages and amperages to achieve adequate results.
    If your Samsung device supports 45w it will never charge faster with a different charger. For safety reasons and to preserve your device and the life of your battery you must always charge your battery with a similar technology as the original charger.
