Chat support is brutal

    I started at 54 in the queue, 2 hours ago... I've been sitting here at #1 for the last 15 minutes... it's not moving. I opened another session and it starts at #40 in the queue, so I know it's alive... Is there one support guy on the chat? I get the feeling the only way to move up the queue is when everyone in front of you gets tired of waiting and closes their session. Come on!

    Also the email support is not responsive. I sent my phone in for repair and am trying to get some information on where it is in the process. I have a ticket, I ask for updates on my ticket ... nothing.

    Support is broken. If you want to scale, you need to fix this.

    I agree support/chat is terrible. What's even worse is One Plus doesn't care.

    Whatever is wrong with your device just file a PayPal claim (if your withing your 45 days I believe) and get your money back.

    Just 2 hours and you're tired? Either have patience or don't try OP customer support. Whole resolution will take somewhere between 2 months to never!
