Hi, welcome to the forums, you were able to post here at least ;-) Did you want to create a thread of your own? Most topics are already covered in existing threads, so in line with the forums' Terms & Rules you're asked to post there instead. Otherwise you can head over to Starting Point or Introduce Yourself, where you should be able to create a thread.
If you "reply" with your issue, we can help point you to the correct thread, or go to your device 's section.

When you have been a member for a certain number of days (as mentioned in the private welcome conversation message you should have received) or if you head to Starting Point, but for most issues a thread will already exist and if you are facing a bug, you can either submit a bug report in the Feedback section, try to get help on the update announcement thread in your device's section or in case you are facing any other issues with your phone, you can contact the official Customer Support.
If you just want to introduce yourself to the fellow community members, you can head to Introduce yourself.

Otherwise, if you're still feeling a bit lost after this, feel free to "reply" here and we should be able to point you in the right direction.

Please do have a look at the forums' Terms & Rules too, thanks.
