Dear Friends,
Everybody knows that an epic roadtrip requires epic music. There’s nothing better than heading down the open road with the wind in your hair and a song in your heart.
But what makes for the perfect driving music? Is it something with a strong beat, that pushes you onwards towards your destination? Does a journey like this need wild guitars, unleashed upon the ears with dazzling solos and rocking riffs? With the sun up above, is it all about unplugging and going acoustic with chilled out vibes and some easygoing indie?
I’m a rocker, myself. If I had my way (not to mention the permits and the money) we’d ride into town on a bus made of speakers blasting out Bon Jovi’s “You Give Love A Bad Name” or (and please forgive me for this) "Rollin'" by Limp Bizkit. Maybe with that flame-spitting guitarist dude from Mad Max doing backflips on top.
Thankfully, I'm not actually in charge of the music. After all, this tour is all about you!
