    HardStylerke, May 31, 2019 :
I get a black screen when surfing in Chrome. First it's working fine but after while i just get a black screen. i can see the search bar and i can type in it as well. But if I go back or type another website in it, the rest stays black. I have to manually shut chrome and start over. Anyone else knows what to do?

Same problem here with Chrome 74.0.3729.157 and Oxygen OS 9.5.5.GM21BA on an OP7 Pro 8GB. It happens during normal and private browsing.

When it happens, the currently open tabs no longer show up when clicking on the Show tabs button in the top right corner.

    Hope someone finds a fix.

    Have a nice day :)

Yeah, same issue for me on my 7pro since the beginning (2 weeks now) but on my 3t works like a charm.

    Same here.. One Plus 7 pro 16GB 256GB 9.5.8.GM21BA
It happens when you visit via Chrome, sites with moving ads and videos, which start playing when you hover over it.
After 5-10 minutes I get a black screen.
With Nox browser which doesn't automatically play website videos. You don't get black screens.
    Maybe screen refresh rate problem?

16GB??? Where did you buy that?

Why post your phone specs if you can't get them right?? And seriously, I have NEVER seen an Android bug that was due to how much RAM or storage, as long as you have enough and ALL Oneplus phones do.

Its not refresh rate or anything, just a common Chrome bug with hardware accelleration.

I am experiencing the same issue in my One Plus 7 for past few days just after buying it. I also updated Chrome to the latest update, however, the issue still persists.
