    Hi, I have tried to place an order for the Netflix remote. After I got the invitation code, when I try to place the order. It went out of stock.

    Still it says out of stock., But my code says invalid or expired.

    How to proceed further?? Any suggestions please

    Contact the Customer and request them for a new code explaining the situation.

    As needed I entered my tv sr no on 4th November but couldn't get invitation code! Immeately I wrote to support and got the response after 14 days! I followed the instructions and found that invitation code is in my account but could not proceed further! Again i have written to support and still waiting for response! There is no service center in my location so couldn't contact over there too! I don't know what to do now!

    All the Q1 Series TV users who are unable to claim the remote or have their code expired need to contact OnePlus Customer Care on the Toll-Free Number 18001028411. They will guide you on when and how to get the remote. Right now there is no stock for the Netflix Remote.

    Users who have already submitted their details here earlier and did not receive the remote, need not contact Customer care. CS will contact you and provide you with the update.

    As I mentioned in yesterday's reply, you can no longer claim the remote. Due to stock issue they have stopped it. No one knows if they ever would come back in stock. You can contact the Customer care, as they would be able to give the exact info about it.

    Thank you. and I have been facing another problem..that was we had bought a OnePlus 43 Y12 TV ,it was pretty good but from past couple of days the remote is not functioning well..so can I get a replacement of new remote for this problem??
