Very sorry for your problem but there is no change at all on OnePlus Widget(s).
On OnePlus N10 (Global version running OxygenOS 11.0.1 BExxyy) : 3 widgets as usual.
    widget #1 : weather (4x2)
    widget #2 : weather + time (4x2)
    widget #3 : day + time (5x2)

Weather widget is always here :

But changes to Oxygen? I just deleted and readded the widget for the 4th time, and it finally showed the updated temperature. Something is going on.

No changes on OnePlus widgets on N10 since factory with Oxygen OS 10.x.x.
Only changes on N10 are first update to OS 11 (2021-07-25) and second update to OS 11.0.1 (2021-08-23).
OnePlus widgets updated but never deleted and Weather "dynamic" icon has a new design now.

Yes, the operating system was updated. That surely could affect the widget in some way, no?

No, weather is just an app which has its 3 usual related widgets working according to a database and GPS position. From time to time you may encounter errors in the locations and the spelling of the weather in a few languages. Errors are fixed in the successive updates on the Play Store. Sometimes it's better to by-pass the auto-search location ... And as usual if no location then "No Settle" is written instead !
Latest design of the icon :

Thnx for your assistance, but there is clearly something wrong. My location was working perfectly. I manually add it. It just doesn't change temperature. There is something wrong. As usual with Android, updating operating system always seems to Bork certain stock apps for me, no matter the brand.
