if you don't have 3.5 jack in your next phone I am not buying it!
I hope you say the same kind of lines when you go to buy a brand new laptop and say "I won't buy this new laptop if it doesn't have a floppy drive in it!".
All the best bro with the old tech.
What was the need of this redundant thread?
No! You are getting this beta fingerprint scanner technology that is neither secure nor fast...nor accurate. Also, you are not getting wifi charging! And the price will be slightly higher, like each year.
I recently shifted to one plus. My point is, If you do good in new technologies who cares about 3.5 mm jack.
The 'you' is just us users, same as yourself, there is no OnePlus people here to go 'oh **** - this guy is going to buy another company phone unless we cram the headphone socket back in... get me Dave and Bernard in hardware quick!'
Also that socket is dying, going the same way as old serial and parallel ports... so one day your not going to have any choice.
3.5 mm jack not necessary instead of it they will provide you a dongle
Who needs a 3.5 mm jack instead of a larger battery. I‘m way more preffering the bigger battery
Wifi charging doesn't excist. Btw, the fingerprint sensor on the 6T is fact and accurate. Since recent patches it has been improved a lot.
don't buy the phone
Oh, I'm sorry m'lady. Let me try again: "Wireless Charging". I hope this satisfies you.
They can put out as many updates as they want, the fingerprint scanner is still not gonna be accurate or reliable, and most importantly fast enough to compete with the old ones. Which makes it only a gimmick. At least in this second gen of optic scanners. But from what I've read, this kind of fingerprint scanning tech is not going to set any standards in the industry.
no need at all
