    Hello, 911 emergency calls do not show up in my call history. I need to see these calls. Please advise.

    Can someone from OnePlus please explain why 911 emergency calls do not show up in the call history. Furthermore, how do I get them to show. From what I understand this is something that is manufacturer specific as some device manufacturers limit this function.

    I'm using a oneplus 6 with a custom rom, i dialled a emergency number and it didn't show up too. Anyway what's the fuss why do u need to see the logs so badly

    I'm a 911 engineer for a large wireless provider, we routinely test 911 nationwide on a daily basis.

    To clarify:

    911 calls do not appear in most smartphones call history. I assume this is to protect the caller. For example, if the caller was a victim of domestic abuse.

    However, they are logged by your carrier, and will show up in call logs that police obtain for any legal requirement. You may be able to contact your network provider and ask for your call log information.

    If you are looking for an official response from OnePlus specifically, then please contact support as per the link already provided by @puma95
