I've seen one of the recentish Samsung's in action, can't say I really like the OS and general feel, had comic sans for the messaging.... I might have just appreciated the stock CM OS more as I've had it for the last 12-18 months

I was looking around about information on invitation system just now and noticed something about the region restrictions: Australia wasn't on the list of invitation availability.
I'm kind of confused -- so does this mean, for now, I cannot get an invitation in Australia, or even I get one from other people, I cannot use it in Australia? Or simply means that even I do buy one, it cannot be shipped directly to my place?
I got interested in OPT since months ago and have been waiting for my invitation. But I just noticed this thing and it got me a bit scared. I just wanna know that if currently getting a OPT through official channel in Australia is impossible or not. So I can decide whether to wait till open sale and get one or move on to other options.
Any information is welcomed and appreciated. Thanks a lot.

It is really interesting you ask these questions as within the previous 1177 pages your questions have been answered many many many times.
In your very short time as a member of the forum you must not have found the magnifying glass right next to your avatar up top, see it..... yep good... .. perhaps you should click on it as see what it magically does for you.

From the specs the Kogan OP2 is a global varient, suits Aussie LTE bands a bit better. Should have mine in a couple of days.

That's a fair bit. I paid just under AUD610 for OP2 with a StyleSwap Cover and should have gotten the USB-A to C converter!!
