ONEPLUS TEAM HEAR TO THIS !

I am a Big fan of Oneplus Mobile. I am using Oneplus 6 for the past 6 months. I'm happy with the performance but recently i found the phone back glass was broken automatically.

It may sounds funny but not alone me many of the users are facing this issue. If you are doubting my report just Google on "Oneplus 6 Back Glass Broken Automatically", you would end up with shocking results.

I am unhappy after this issue even i couldn't find a proper solution from the customer care as well as authorised service centre.

I'm not the only one many of the users are facing this issue.

Glass doesn't just break because it feels like it.

Something will have happened to cause it. It could have been too much pressure in a pocket, a drop etc...

I couldn't find any such reasons for this issue. I'm using Oneplus Karbon Case for my device.

That crack pattern definitely shows impact near the volume rocker area.

You Jane an impact there. Your phone got hit there.
Fatigue crack patterns look different than the crack pattern on your phone. Your crack pattern shows physical contact with other object. Why don't you share a photo of the crack which initiates near the volume rocker.

I have had my OnePlus 6T around since they were first released and have not had this happen. I've gone from a Spigen Liquid Air Armor case to the stock OnePlus 6T case and now in the Tech21 EvoChek case. I've dropped it several times while demoing cases to my customers and no signs of cracking or weakness to the back. Like they said above, I've never heard a phone just deciding one day it's going to crack on its own. There is usually pressure applied possibly in the pocket when sitting down, running, etc. Something had to of happened in that area to cause such cracks across the entire back.

I think this did not happen automatically: it happened manually
