Why are you creating a duplicate thread?

It's not exactly duplicate. Please read my previous post carefully. There are similarities but not the DUPLICATE dude.

It is a duplicate one because it talks about the same thing.

Should I make 5 different threads on 5 different issues of a single product where I can ask it in one thread. Seriously! I needed to know both things, interface and version. Should I post 2 different thread on this? Man you are just pushing it otherwise rather than helping.

No. You should keep everything in one thread. All your threads are related to the new Buds you bought.

    Hello,

please don’t create more than one thread for a problem you’re facing or a question that you might have. And before starting a new thread, please use the search function here on the forums.

You started this thread yesterday, so please continue the discussion there. And before proceeding, please read the Terms of Service and Rules of the forums, so you can avoid having more threads closed in the future.

Have in consideration that the best way to report a bug you have encountered is through the Community App. Just open it and tap the “+” button. After that, you only need to select the option “Feedback”.

Since you already have all the information and the correct thread linked, I am going to close this thread.

Thank you and have a great week.
