    after few days I am receiv my device from exclusive service center.the main issue is solve but there is some new issue created.one is camera blur issue.secind one is battery drain out.so plz solve it.as possible as soon.

    You're playing PUBG, do you expect the phone to last all day? This is a phone. Not a Powerbank.

    I'm not playing games in full of day.just 15 or 20 mins max bcoz in my office.only 30 mins lunch break we taken.so you gess how I play pubg game full day.and I know this is the fon not a power bank.before this device.i have purchased OnePlus 6t.in this same battery issue but a little update can solve my issue.

    Please note that the "blur" in photos has been reported in the main update thread. A fix should come in future update
    As for your battery issue, you are playing PUBG. The estimate of battery time left is based on your recent usage. To get a better estimation of battery stats, you should consider charging to 100%, use your device as normal and when you get up about 10-15% take a screenshot then. That would therefore be more indicative of your battery usage.

    Taking a screenshot when your phone is at 80% and you were just finishing playing PUBG for a bit doesn't actually show anything abnormal.
