I'm guessing he just took a photo of computer screen and saw those refreshing lines...

    That's quite normal...
As the rate at which the computer screen refreshes and the rate at which you camera frames changes are not in sync...

You're not making any sense. How can he take a screenshot of his computer screen with his OnePlus 5T? ;)

No can do. Windows screenshots are not compatible with the OnePlus devices.

I was kidding before and I'm kidding now. He obviously could just do that ;)

I'm not getting those refresh lines.(using op3). I guess it depends on the amount of ambient light that you have. Try turning the light on.

Hi, like many have pointed out, in this particular case the issue is not the phone but more the computer screen refresh rate. You can see it a good example of it in movies where there are screens on the background.

Here are some examples I found on a quick search about the effect

If you really want good quality of what you were pics of, the best way to capture exactly what you want would be to just do a print screen on the pc and sent it to your phone.

I guess there isn't really a point on keeping this open, if you have any doubts about the closure of the thread, please sent me a PM.
