    Hello People,

    I am experiencing something bad with Oneplus customer Support.

    My bullets wireless few days ago stop to working properly despite my accuracy and care while using them.
    The audio Is coming out only from the left earplug. They ask me to fill a proper complain and accordingly to their procedures I made video ( it's weird imho a video for audio issues)

    I got an answer where they stated that issue doesn't exist (not true at all) I can share my video also (not possible here I guess?)

    Please help me, to whom I should address my request. The bullets wireless are not inexpensive, but rather the opposite.

    Nessuno mi può aiutare. E' un incubo con l'assistenza quelli dell'assistenza internazionale sembrano un po' più ragionevoli.

    L'esperienza specialmente con il customer care italiano è davvero sgradevole. Devo pagare io per un prodotto in garanzia e difettato che ha smesso di funzionare.

    I am facing an issue with the phone while trying to send any media on whatsapp. I have tried resetting the app, deleting cache, uninstalling and re-installing but nothing made a difference. Could you please look into this and update me on this.

    I have two issues in order of priority :

    1. scratches on my screen glass from simple usage
    2. signal issues

    I am from Bangalore, India. While the phone outshines any device at peak performance but on an average doesn't feel flagship because of basic issues. Please help or do I need to regret not going for Note10+?

    Hoping customer care will be a differentiator :)

    after i updated my phone i am getting a constant meesage of invalid input every 20 seconds and i have to click okay on it
