    28-06-21,03-07-21,04-07-21,11-07-2021 and 14-07-2021
    The smartphone of Oneplus brand purchase from Oxygen the Digital Shop functioning in the building No.2/24, Penang Tower, M G, Penang Tower, MG Road, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695004 on 26/03/2021
    started malfunctioning with in a period of 30 days of purchase and was within the warranty period itself. The matter was reported to the Company on time. Subsequently due to the delay in getting my
    smartphone having IMEI number REMOVED BY MODERATOR repaired. I have informed the matter to your good office consequent which you have assured that necessary steps will be taken to get it
    L repaired. But no tangible steps are yet to be taken by the concerned and still I am running from pillar to post to get the smartphone in working condition. Due to enormous delay on 28/07/2021 I was forced to approach the authorized service centre named Dreams Mobiles ,Kairali
    plaza, kailas jn, behind HDFC bank, Karamana
    PO,Trivandrum,Kerala-695002 to find out the progress of the repair. But the approach of the person who occupied the seat where the public approaches is quite negative, She had shown a negligent attitude towards me and behaved in a manner not expected from a service personnel who is being position to hear the grievance of the customers. The language that she spoke forced me to re think of
    another purchase of your brand and also to discourage those who seekopinion regarding purchase of a product of your brand. I may also like to inform you that I will be forced to approach the Consumer Redressal Forum it my grievances are not redressed properly and timely.
    Hoping that an early solution will be found in this matter

    Not OnePlus support.

    Not the best idea to post any of your personal details or IMEI number here.

    If your phone is already under service and awaiting parts , there is nothing anyone here can do to speed up the process.

    @camohan does not make OnePlus spare parts at his home.

    But according to “OnePlus CS” this community is an extension of their support. They even encourage people to post on these forums to get a solution.

    then again, an extension of nothing isn’t really an extension, is it?:rolleyes:

    A new thread is not going to make much difference.
