(Closed)Display Lag in Dark areas on OnePlus6

    Zephyr99 , Dec 10, 2018 :
I bought OnePlus 6 2 months ago and since the last month I'm starting to notice that the display is lagging behind consistently in True Black areas, like in pictures when swiping or in videos. I searched for the problem and it seems that not a lot of users had or reported this issue except some early gen. amoled screen users. Is this issue common or I need to make a visit to the service center? Because I tried but couldn't just ignore the lag.

If you mean the smearing of black things while scrolling, etc, i think its inherent to all amoled displays.

I think he wants to do the opposite :p
But yes it's AMOLED related and we can't change something about it

i know, I'm just pointing it out that if lower the brightness it is more noticeable.

If you try squeezing your eyes (or your testicles) while scrolling you'll find you can barely notice the effect at all.
