J1591803114841 , via OnePlus 7T , Jan 22, 2021 : I just installed the official open beta android 11 on my OnePlus 7T It has decreased my battery back up and optimization and increased charging time
Arjun_Choudhry , Jan 22, 2021 : It is a BETA. You can't expect everything to be perfect. It was already a known issue, yet YOU installed it. No one asked you to. Use the official beta thread for your discussions and stop creating redundant threads
Sheppards , via OnePlus 7T , Jan 22, 2021 : Thanks for beta testing for the rest of us. Yup, this can happen. Though just remember: after a factory reset (which the update did for a lot of people) battery life WILL suck for a few cycles I did a factory reset about a month ago, and I didn't get a good SOT for weeks
ghostofcain , Jan 22, 2021 : Wow if only those issues had been highlighted in the OP of the beta thread... Oh wait
arun.nine , via OnePlus 7T , Jan 22, 2021 : You right expecting new options by updating beta version is right but by updating losing existing features (comfort) means not at all good.
ghostofcain , Jan 22, 2021 : It's a beta it's intending for testing purposes. If you want an everyday use build, stick with stable.
Arjun_Choudhry , Jan 22, 2021 : It's a complete OS overhaul. Things will break in a Beta. Too hard for you to grasp? OnePlus has themselves claimed that things will not be completely stable, so you're taking a risk by testing it. If you don't want to test software, rollback to stable. You aren't providing feedback (especially in the correct section of the forums), so no point in your testing beta as you can't stand a few bugs.
pablofg1978 , Jan 22, 2021 : Hello there, Please read and use the official beta thread for any beta related discussion https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/...-oneplus-7t-and-oneplus-7t-pro.1379873/unread The first post already advice about possible issues related to the beta. Thread closed
