i am feeling cheated very much . yesterday i was watching keynote when the price is revealed, i was shocked. i didn't expect this from a company which makes products on responses of their users.

I'm sure you've been told already but no one forces you to buy a phone. If you're not satisfied with the price, either wait for the price to drop or go check another company. But on the other hand, if you always want the latest specs, you might as well never buy anything since technology evolves quite fast nowadays.

Dont you have a working phone already? Further, do you realise the phone you got at 42k is almost 50% of the price of other OEMs for the same specification. So is it not natural to expect the exchange value at 50% also?

resale value for OnePlus phones are not good.
you are lucky to get 50 % of your price.
for a better resale value you need to purchase the iPhone or the galaxy.

    They have, haven't they?

Wtf, why would you buy a phone days before the release of a new model? The very release of the OP7 was bound to devalue your 6T whatever it was priced at.

Don't you have distance selling regulations in India? Have you actually spoken to Amazon.
