    You could go back to A10 or do a factory reset on A11... Not much else that can be done.

    Switch off the phone and switch on by pressing down volume key and power key simultaneously. Then enter password and select language of you choice. After that you can see there is the option of wipe cache select it and follow on screen instructions.
